Account Deletion If you no longer wish to use your account on our website, you can request its deletion by emailing us at support@berryblues.com or you can use our app to send a direct request.

Please note:

1. Once you request account deletion, it may take us up to 30 standard days to process your request and remove your account information from our systems.
2. During this processing period, you will not be able to access your account or use our services.
3. After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access any data associated with your account, such as your order history, purchase history, or wish lists.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

1. We may be unable to delete your account if you have any outstanding orders or unresolved issues with your account.

Please note that we do not offer data download services. If you need to save any important information from your account, we recommend that you take screenshots or print relevant pages before requesting deletion.
